Inspirational teaching workshop on intellectual property management

Marcus HolgerssonTwo of our scholars, Marcus Holgersson and Frank Tietze, are organizing an inspirational teaching workshop on intellectual property management. The workshop will take place at University of Cambridge, UK, on Friday 16 September 2016. The workshop will gather both academics and practitioners from around the world who are involved in teaching the many aspects of intellectual property management, primarily to non-law students. The aim is to inspire each other and exchange best practices in IP management teaching. The workshop is by invitation only, but please contact Marcus Holgersson, if you are interested. DSC_1889-1-web-4zu3

Marcus Holgersson receives Hans Werthén scholarship

Marcus Holgersson (far left in the photo below) has received a scholarship from the Hans Werthén foundation. The foundation supports young academics in memory of Hans Werthén, a former CEO of Electrolux and chairman of both Electrolux and Ericsson. Holgersson received the scholarship for his research on intellectual property management, which is highly relevant for both Electrolux and Ericsson, both multinational firms in electronics-related industries. Holgersson will use the scholarship to finance a visiting scholar stay in the US.
